My take on personal leadership is that it coincides with operating from a strong foundation, knowing what you stand for and knowing what value you add. Personal leadership means knowing yourself deeply. I enjoy challenging you to get to know yourself better and position from there in your professional field!

Often enough people share what they do, not what difference they are making, When you position yourself through your role, you ́re dropping into the shadow of that role. While you as an individual make the difference, How do we see your unique approach and added value? Deep down we know the answers, but we don’t yet have the words to vocalize. By developing a strong foundation you’ll find the words to vocalize your unique competencies.

My unique quality is to quickly drill down to the essence of the all-encompassing facets of an individual, summarized into a graphicly designed one pager, which I call ‘The Foundation’.  

The foundation represents your personal beliefs, that what you stand for. Your vision provides an anchor to understand what kind of organisation suits you, understanding if your vision has commonalities with the organisation’s vision. Your unique distinctiveness provides insight as to where you can add most value in an organisation, from your natural competencies.

The foundation strengthens your identity, through which you can position yourself clearly, be successful from your unique characteristics, and provides support in your decisions during your career.
