I believe that organisations are at their best when they operate from a strong foundation. It’s in my nature to seek clarity, challenge status quo and focus on adding value. I enjoy challenging organisations to strengthen their foundation and bring it to life!

Often enough there is a lot of information available, but is it understandable, concise and specific? I frequently hear beautiful words about organisational goals, but the story doesn’t capture me. Once the foundation has been transformed into a concise & engaging story it can be brought to life within the organisation, as well as the external communication channels. The story starts working for you.

My unique quality is to quickly drill down to the essence of the all-encompassing facets of an organisation, summarized into a graphicly designed one pager, which I call ‘The Foundation’.  

The foundation reflects the shared values, that what the organisation represents. It includes a clearly stated vision and the unique distinction, enabling employees to work more independently and in alignment with the foundation. The unique distinction creates the difference towards customers, enhancing the connecting attribute. 

The foundation strengthens the organisational identity, carrying an unambiguous message outwards, and provides a base for strategic decisions as well as daily operations.
